How long will/should my story or project  be - Showing times for family movies generally range between 30-40 minutes, but can be longer if desired.  For business video projects, duration varies based on the specific project.

How do we start the process - Begin by discussing the story or project and related planning.  We provide an estimate of cost and time required at that time.  There is no charge for the initial consultation.

The effort seems so massive I don’t know how to get started - What do you recommend? - The section, Creating a Life History, should help you to focus on what you would like to cover.  If you have further questions about getting started, feel free to email or call us.

How do you charge - Since each project or story is unique, we provide a written estimate at the conclusion of the initial consultation.  A 30% deposit is required at contract signing with the balance due on project completion. We accept personal checks and money orders.

Can other media be included - Photographs, video clips and music can become part of the video.  Many photographs, even those in poor condition, can be successfully restored.  All photographs and other materials not returned immediately are securely maintained.

During/after completion, is it possible to make additions - Yes, you are able to make changes while the project or story is underway.  After completion, your video is maintained in a secure environment so that you may add to it in the future.

How many DVD copies of the finished video movie do you provide - Each project includes 3 DVDs; additional copies are available at $20.00 per DVD.
